Existing Floor Plan
The oddest floor plan that ever existed. I've never encountered a Craftsman bungalow with a floor plan like this. Usually the private and private zones are located side by side, separated with a hallway. In this Craftsman, the public zone is in front, the private zone is in the rear of the house. And there is no dedicated hall to link the private and public spaces. Thus the kitchen defaults as a hallway.
